Worked example

- Volume: 100 ft² × (3 in ÷ 12) = 25 ft³.
- Cubic yards: 25 ÷ 27 = 0.93 yd³ → order 1 yd³ bulk.
- Bagged: 25 ÷ 2 = 12.5 → 13 × 2 ft³ bags, or 25 ÷ 3 = 8.3 → 9 × 3 ft³ bags.
