Terms of Use

The terms for using ProTradeCalc's calculators and cost guides: estimates, not quotes; verify before you order.

Last updated 2 September 2026

By using protradecalc.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple.

Estimates, not quotes

Every calculator result and cost figure on this site is an estimate produced from the inputs you provide and published reference values. Real quantities depend on site conditions, compaction, sub-grade, material moisture, supplier practices and local pricing. Always confirm quantities and prices with your supplier or contractor before ordering. We are not responsible for material shortfalls, overages, costs or delays arising from reliance on a result.

No professional advice

Nothing on the site is engineering, construction, legal or financial advice. Structural decisions (slab thickness, footing size, base depth, reinforcement) must follow local code and, where required, a licensed professional's design.

Accuracy

We publish our formulas and sources, test the math automatically and correct errors promptly when reported. We still make no warranty that the site is error-free or that any figure suits your purpose. The site is provided “as is”.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTradeCalc and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profit, materials or time, arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.

Using the calculators

You may use the calculators freely for personal and commercial estimating, and print or copy tickets for your own jobs. You may not scrape the site at volume, republish its content or reference data as your own, or embed the calculators without permission — ask; embedding is usually fine with attribution.

Advertising and affiliate links

The site shows third-party advertising and may include affiliate links. Advertisers and retailers are independent of us; their terms apply to any purchase.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
